Combine the black and pixelated appearance of Sin City to give Resident Evil 2 Raccoon City.

Instructions guide:

first step:

-Download Reshade 1.1.0 with frame

The second step:

-Navigate to where you downloaded reshade 1.1.0 using the frame and open the archive with one of the following Winzip/WinRaR or 7zip

third step:

-Go to your Steam library and right click on resident evil 2 then go to local files and browse local files, in this home directory, you will see RE2.EXE and various other files, if so, go to the previous step Drag and drop the content into the RE2.EXE folder, now find reshade64.dll and rename the file by right-clicking and navigating to rename the file to dxgi.dll.

the fourth step:

-You now need to navigate to the reshade folder in the main directory, find customFX.cfg and open it with notepad/wordpad or evq.

-When opening customFX.cfg, press CRTL + F at the same time. Now type in the search type Sincity, and you will be taken to a line of code that looks like this
