Broken Steel bullet sponge nerf

Did you notice that when you get to Broken Steel, you have to empty your weapon to kill a super mutant lord or a feral ghoul marauder?
This mod reduces the damage resistance of albino scorpions, super mutant lords and feral ghoul marauders... among other DLC enemies. Overall health has also been reduced to make fighters fairer. This mod is essential if you have the level cap 100 mod installed. From personal experience, you can save on ammo and medicine boxes.

These enemies are still the second most powerful in the game, but this will make combat more fair and balanced
