Deadly Weapons

Makes weapons more powerful. Explodes heads. Currently non-RT only.
Weapon ranges are increased, and crit chances are set to max for applicable weapons (not rockets and such).
Should make the poor zombies lose their heads (and limbs).
Increased range and efficiency of shotgun.
Increased range of the shock weapon. Not sure if I got the flamethrower too, but I think so. Let me know if you try it!
